“For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.’”
Jesus said whatever we do for the least of our neighbours, we do for Him , so in serving those in need we are serving Him.
Poverty and food insecurity are real challenges for our local community. Our congregation supports our local food bank each month by donating non-perishable food items, gift cards and monetary donations. These donations help to make a difference in the lives of those with the greatest needs.
We believe God honours our gifts and blesses them to His service.
