    Neil and Ingrid are serving in South Asia where Neil gives leadership to an inter-agency ministry team and Ingrid provides physiotherapy to disabled children.

Together we aim to serve the people of Asia and the Arab world, walking together with them by aiding in material, physical, social and spiritual needs.

    PWS&D is the Presbyterian Mission Agency doing Relief and Development work throughout the World. PWS&D is a member of the Act-Allince and the Canadian FoodGrains Bank. Donations made for emergency relief work through PWS&D is matched by the CEDA Fund.        

  • David & Chinyere (Hope) Umune


    David & Chinyere (Hope) work with The Evangelizers’ Team Ministries International (TETMI). David is the President of TETMI. In addition to this administrative role, they are involved in evangelism and church planting among a rural people group south of Ebonyi in Nigeria.

  • Dave & Marianne Ruten


    Nathan, Andrew, Krystal & Wendy The Rutens work in West Africa with SIM. Their focus is ESL and the development of a Bible Training School. All 4 children have returned to Canada where they are either working or going to school.

    Daughter - Rebecca

    The Bravos minister in Barranquilla, Colombia with Latin America Mission. They are presently pastoring a church and involved in a social outreach ministry called OPDS. This was founded to provide ministry to families displaced by the ongoing conflict in Colombia.

  • Daniel & Helen Bravo


    Son - Jaun Daniel

    Daniel and Helen have a heart for the youth and children in Colombia who are vulnerable and suffering violence and injustice.  Their goal is to bring them to Christ and to assist them through Community development projects which include arranging drinking water for the Community, camps and soccer clubs.  

    Daniel and Helen are also involved in discipling youth and forming future leaders in the Church.  Under their leadership, the teens in the Church assist with the Community projects and outreach.  They also run short term mission trips to the Wayuu people who are an indeginous group facing terrible living conditions and are the proud parents of one son. 

  • Ruth Maxwell


    Ruth has been with SIM since 1985. She is the Director of Member Development. In this role she mentors, disciples, encourages, and trains SIM personnel, both in Canada and abroad.

  • Frank & Sue Chowattanakul


    Frank and Sue work in Bangkok, Thailand where they have renovated a building where they can hold worship services and reach out to the neighbourhood to spread God's word!  They continue to use every opportunity possible to spread the Good News; i.e. over lunch in a nearby shop advertising Hainan chicken and rice, or a roadside vendor selling fruit and vegetables etc.

    Larry is the national director of all Intervarsity Pioneer Camps. Bev works for Christian Camping International Canada, and as the office manager at Muskoka Bible Centre.

  • Subrata Adhikary


    Subrata is a gifted evangelist and church planter working in Kachra Para in the ministries of House Churches at Kanchra Para & Rana Ghat, Nadia; Bible Study centre at Moricha Gram (facing opposition from fanatic Hindus); and Children's ministry at Kanchra Para where 170 children attend meetings in three children's groups.
