"For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat,
I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink. I was a stranger and you invited me in.
I needed clothes and you clothed
I was sick and you looked after me,
I was in prison and you came to visit me."
On the last Sunday of each month, we as a congregation collect non-perishable food items and give to the local food bank. We also collect change through a program called, "5 Cents per Meal". For every meal we've had for a month (for most of us we have ninety to a hundred meals per month), we contribute 5 cents for each meal. Truely a modest contribution, however, we believe that God honours these gifts we bring and blesses them to His service.
