The Elders of Bridlewood care for the members and adherents as shepherds care for their flock.
Each elder has a group of designated people under his/her care. No matter what form of help and support is required, an elder's primary responsibility is to care for people under his/her charge. Some examples of care include praying for specific situations, being present and sensitive to their needs in difficult times through counseling, mentoring, and arranging for rides, meals, visits when necessary.
You can be assured that if your elder cannot provide the specific help needed, he / she will make arrangements to have that need met in the best possible way available.
